APPLICATION FORM
Click on the right hand site picture, to download the application form. You may mail, fax, or email your fully completed application form to the school. Application fee of $100 (Home Students) or $200 (International Students - $100 non-refundable application fee plus $100 initial courier fee) and Homestay placement fee $195 are required before applications will be processed. All fees quoted are in Canadian dollars. Please remember to enclose the following :

- Official High School Transcript and Diploma
- TOEFL or TOEIC Score (if applicable)
